Toms is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Nuverum, leading the firm's growth equity practice and overseeing capital raise execution. A finance-driven entrepreneur, his background spans accounting advisory and international corporate structuring. He enjoys cooking and mountaineering in his spare time.

Kristaps is a Partner at Nuverum, overseeing the firm's broader operations across both the Realty and Growth Equity sides and managing the firm's European deal flow. A Bocconi-trained finance professional, he leads Nuverum's venture relationships across Europe. Outside of Nuverum, he's a competitive volleyball player and enjoys tennis recreationally.

Eric is a Senior Associate at Nuverum, supporting Southern European deal flow and managing the firm's Italian founder relations, alongside broader support across both Realty and Growth Equity. A Bocconi-trained finance professional, he practices calisthenics outside the firm and spends time near his home on Lake Garda.

Alexander is an Associate at Nuverum, supporting both Realty and Growth Equity through due diligence, analysis, and broader work across the advisory process. A former professional hockey player with an engineering background, he brings a distinctive perspective to the team. Outside the firm, he still plays hockey and enjoys working on cars.

Leila is a Fordham Gabelli-trained Analyst at Nuverum, contributing to the firm's analytical work across capital advisory mandates with a particular focus on Nuverum Realty. She supports diligence, market research, and deal materials across the broader mandate pipeline. She has a personal interest in anthropology, with a particular eye for fashion.

Tenzing is an Operations Analyst at Nuverum, leading end-to-end technical operations and powering the back-end of the firm's investment workflow. With a background in machine learning and artificial intelligence, he brings a distinctive angle to the team. Outside the firm, he enjoys fashion and can often be found travelling.

Beverina leads people operations at Nuverum Ventures, overseeing talent, culture, and internal relations across the firm's international team.
